We are Safe Gas and OFTEC registered. We service boilers and heating systems for home/business owners and landlords throughout Yorkshire and Humberside. We ensure you comply with your warranty requirements by offering annual servicing of your system, keeping it in tip-top condition for years to come. We also offer checks and certification for landlords of one or multiple properties who need to comply with regulations and the relevant laws.

CERTIFICATION
Smart-Flo offer a full service for landlords, including LPG and natural gas servicing and Landlords’ Safety Certification.
We also carry out Legionella Risk Assessments – a legal requirement now for all domestic rental properties in the UK.
