I have just had a new central heating system installed in my Grade 2 listed cottage. Prior to the work being carried out I was very apprehensive and concerned about all the clearing up and repairs that could ensue. As a widow I do have to rely very much on my own resources so I was preparing myself for a mammoth clear up operation. The work is now completed and I can only say that I needn’t have worried. I have been left with no more cleaning than the traditional “Spring Clean”.
The work has taken just 3 days. Philip and his colleague arrived promptly each morning and only stopped for lunch. I did leave them to it and was amazed at the order I returned to each day. I told Phil what time I would be back so he ensured that the days schedule was completed by then. He even put my books back on the book shelf. In this day and age when one hears of so many horrific stories about rogue traders I can only say that i have no hesitation in recommending Phil. We were interested in the governments Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and with careful consideration and a lot of sound advice from Smart-Flo, we chose them as the company to install an air heat source pump system at our home in East Yorkshire.
